Play to Grow Athletics exists to empower youth who have experienced adversity, including those in foster care, by creating safe, inclusive spaces where healing and growth happen through movement, sport, and connection. Grounded in trauma-informed and healing-centered practices, our programs integrate Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model, and social-emotional learning to support the whole child.
We believe that play is powerful. Through athletics and intentional relationships, we help youth build resilience, develop emotional regulation, and strengthen self-worth. Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging and equip every young person we serve with the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
Play to Grow Athletics programs are in development and will be utilizing a partnership with Conifer Sports Complex at Mountain Mama's for programming once construction is complete. Reach out to us for more information!
